1. What types of steel pipes do you supply?
We mainly provide welded steel pipes (ERW, LSAW, SSAW), seamless steel pipes, galvanized steel pipes, plastic lined steel pipe3PE spiral anti-corrosive pipe and coated steel pipes (internal/external epoxy, PE, PP). Applications cover construction, water supply, oil & gas, fire protection, and industrial fluid transmission.
2. Can you customize pipe specifications?
Yes, we support customization of outer diameter (15mm-2000mm), wall thickness (1.5mm-20mm), length (3m-12m or as required), and material grades (Q235, Q355, API 5L, ASTM A53, etc.). Please provide detailed requirements for a custom quote.
3. What standards do your steel pipes comply with?
Our products meet international standards including GB/T, API, ASTM, DIN, EN, and JIS. Common certifications (ISO 9001, CE, SGS, SIRIM,API-5L) are available upon request to ensure compliance with target market regulations.
4. How do you ensure product quality?

Orders & Payment terms
1. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 10 tons for standard specifications; for customized products, MOQ is 20 tons. Small trial orders (5-10 tons) are negotiable for new clients.
2. Do you offer sample testing?
Yes, free samples (1-2 pieces, within 1kg) are available for quality verification. Sample lead time is 3-5 working days.
3. What payment terms do you accept?
We support T/T (30% advance payment, 70% against B/L copy), L/C at sight, and Western Union for small orders. Other terms (D/P, D/A) can be discussed based on long-term cooperation.
4. How long is the production lead time?
Standard orders: 15-20 working days; customized orders: 20-30 working days; bulk orders (≥1000 tons): 30-45 working days.

1. Which ports do you ship from?
Mainly from Tianjin Port, Jingtang Port, Qingdao Port, or other Chinese ports as requested. We can also arrange door-to-door delivery via sea/air/land.
2. What shipping terms do you offer?
We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, and DDP. Our logistics team will optimize the shipping plan based on your location to minimize cost and transit time (sea freight: 20-45 days to major global ports).
3. How is the pipe packaged?
Standard packaging: Steel bundles (with waterproof paper + steel strips) . Custom packaging (anti-rust oil, plastic film, labeling) is available for special requirements.
